摘  要:本文建立了矩形直肋热沉与圆柱针肋相结合的翅针单列热沉构形优化模型,在给定热沉占空体积和针肋材料体积的约束条件下,给定热沉底面温度,以换热率最大化为目标对翅针单列热沉进行了构形优化。结果表明:与矩形直肋热沉相比,翅针单列热沉的换热性能得到了很大提高;不同的材料占比、入口速度和肋高比条件下,热沉最优构形不同。本文的研究结果可为实际热沉的热设计及使用提供科学依据和理论指导。A constructal optimization model of plate single-row pin fin heat sink which combines rectangular fin heat sink and cylindrical pin-fin is established in this paper. With the volumes of the heat sink and the pin-fin material as well as the temperature of the substrate of the heat sink being given, the model is optimized to maximize the heat transfer rate. The results show that the heat transfer performance of the plate single-row pin fin heat sink is improved obviously compared to that of rectangular fin heat sink, and the optimal constructs of the plate single-row pin fin heat sink are different from each other under different pin fin material fraction, inlet velocity and height ratio of pin fin. The results obtained herein can provide scientific bases and theoretical guidelines for the thermal designs of real plate single-row pin fin heat sink and its applications.
