摘  要:富氧燃烧技术具有提高理论燃烧温度,加快火焰传播速度,增加反应速率等优点。混合煤气是钢铁工业的常用燃料,研究富氧工况下混合煤气可燃极限的变化规律,可以为相关燃烧器的设计和操作参数的设定提供参考,也为混合煤气的安全使用提供基础数据,从而减少能源浪费。本文使用5 L圆柱形密闭容器进行实验,测量了助燃气氧气浓度下的可燃极限。结果表明:随着氧气浓度的增加,混合煤气的可燃下限从15%升高到16%,变化规律近似线性;可燃上限从36.75%升高到88.25%,变化规律呈抛物线形。Oxygen-enriched combustion technology has the advantages of increasing the theoretical combustion temperature, accelerating the flame propagation speed, and increasing the reaction rate. Gas mixture is a common fuel in the iron and steel industry. Studying the changing law of the flammability limit of gas mixture under oxygen-enriched conditions can provide reference for the design of related burners and the setting of operating parameters, and also provide basic data for the safe use of mixed gas. Thereby reducing energy waste. In this paper, a 5 L cylindrical airtight container is used to conduct experiments to measure the flammability limit under the oxygen concentration of the supporting gas. The results showed that with the increase of oxygen concentration,the lower flammable limit of gas mixture increased from 15% to 16%, and the change rule was approximately linear;the upper flammable limit rose from 36.75% to 88.25%, and the change rule was parabolic.
