摘  要:针对煤矿监测系统在运行过程中容易受到煤矿生产作业复杂环境干扰,造成数据信号传输频率波动幅度较大,影响监测系统运行精度的问题,开展基于信息技术的煤矿综合自动化实时监测系统设计研究。通过RFID读写器选型、传感器装置选型等硬件设计和基于信息技术的被监测对象标签自动化实时定位、煤矿地层控制设备综合设置与监测管理等软件设计,提出一种全新的监测系统。通过对比实验证明,新的煤矿监测系统在运行过程中检测信息数据的信号传输频率波动幅度在可控制范围内,对于监测结果的精度和系统运行稳定性提升具有一定积极作用。Aiming at the problem that the coal mine monitoring system is easily disturbed by the complex environment of coal mine production and operation in the operation process,which causes the fluctuation of data signal transmission frequency and affects the operation accuracy of the monitoring system,the design and research of coal mine comprehensive automation real-time monitoring system based on information technology is carried out.Through the hardware design of RFID reader selection,sensor device selection and software design of automatic real-time positioning of monitored object label based on information technology,comprehensive setting and monitoring management of coal mine strata control equipment,a new monitoring system is proposed.Through comparative experiments,it is proved that the fluctuation amplitude of signal transmission frequency of the detected information data in the operation process of the new coal mine monitoring system is within the controllable range,which has a certain positive effect on the accuracy of monitoring results and the improvement of system operation stability.
