摘 要:为掌握我国民航飞机鸟击安全状况,本文基于民航统计数据,以鸟击事故征候万架次率、鸟击对飞机造成的损伤程度、鸟击造成的后果、撞击的鸟类的质量为指标,对我国民航飞机鸟击安全状况进行了分析。结果表明,我国民航飞机鸟击安全状况良好。鸟击事故征候万架次率呈先下降后平稳趋势,从2010年起,基本稳定在0.22。鸟击有损伤事件占比呈下降趋势,2011-2015年占比为9.36%,虽然是同期美国的1.9倍,但改进速度好于美国,差距有越来越小的趋势。鸟击造成空中停车、中断起飞、预防性着陆的概率为2.53×10^(-6)/架次,是美国的0.78倍,其中造成空中停车的概率为8.92×10^(-8)/架次,是美国的0.52倍,鸟击事件中鸟类质量大于550g的撞击次数占比4%,在使用中遭遇鸟撞情况时引起空中停车等严重后果的概率较小。Based on civil aviation statistical data,and taken the incident rate per ten thousand aircraft,the degree of damage caused by bird strike,the consequences of bird strike,and the quality of the birds that strike as indicators,the bird strike safety status of Chinese civil aviation aircraft was analyzed.It demonstrated that the bird strike safety status of Chinese civil aviation was in good condition.The incident rate per ten thousand aircraft showed a trend of decline first and then stabilize.Since 2010,it has basically stabilized at 0.22.The proportion of damage incidents caused by bird strike showed a downward trend.During the period from 2011 to 2015,the proportion was 9.36%.The probability of bird strike causing in-flight shut-down,aborted takeoff,and preventive landing was 2.53×10^(-6) per aircraft,which was 0.78 times that of the United States.The proportion of bird strike with a bird mass of more than 550g was 4%.
