摘　　要：[目的]探讨McKenzie疗法(麦肯基疗法)联合温针灸对神经根型颈椎病患者扣顶试验检查的影响。[方法]选取2021年1月~2021年9月本院中医科治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,两组均采用McKenzie疗法进行治疗,其中治疗组在此基础上增加温针灸治疗,治疗时间为2周,比较两组患者治疗前后的McGill疼痛问卷评分[SF-MPQ(疼痛分级指数PRI、现时疼痛程度PPI、视觉模拟评分VAS)]、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分、颈椎病症状量表20分法(YT20)评分变化,分析两组扣顶试验检查阳性率和总有效率差异。[结果]治疗后,治疗组PRI、PPI、VAS较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组NDI评分较对照组低;治疗后,治疗组YT20评分较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组扣顶试验阳性率较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]McKenzie疗法联合温针灸可缓解患者疼痛,改善颈部相关症状,降低扣顶试验检查阳性率,提高治疗总有效率,值得临床推广。[Objective]to explore the effect of McKenzie therapy combined with the warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the examination of top buckle test in patients with the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.[Methods]90 patients with the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University/Qingyuan People’s Hospital,from January 2021 to September 2021 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with McKenzie therapy.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with the warm needle moxibustion for 2 weeks.The changes of McGill Pain Questionnaire Short-Form[SF-MPQ(Pain Rating Index PRI,Present Pain Intensity PPI,Visual Analog Score VAS)],Neck Disability Index(NDI)score and Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale(yt20)score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the differences in the positive rate and total effective rate of the two groups were analyzed.[Results]After treatment,PRI,PPI and VAS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of NDI in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the yt20 score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of top buckle test in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]McKenzie therapy combined with the warm acupuncture can relieve patients’pain,improve the neck related symptoms,reduce the positive rate of the button top test and improve the total effective rate of treatment,which is worthy of the clinical promotion.
