摘　　要：我校生命与环境科学学院配备有两台Zeiss LSM 710激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy,LSCM),LSCM具有高分辨率、高灵敏度等特点,被广泛应用于各个学科领域。本文中,作者结合自己的使用和管理经验,通过介绍Zeiss LSM 710的工作原理、主要配置以及仪器功能等,对激光扫描共聚焦显微镜的规范使用和维护提出了一系列建议和意见,以期为广大师生以及科研工作者开展相关研究时提供参考。There are two Zeiss LSM 710 machines(Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy,LSCM)in School of life and Environmental Sciences,Hangzhou Normal University.LSCM has the characteristics of high resolution and high sensitivity,and is widely used in various disciplines.This paper introduces the working principle,the main configuration and instrument function of Zeiss LSM 710.The author puts forward a series of suggestions and opinions on the standardized use and maintenance of laser scanning confocal microscope,in order to provide the reference for the teachers,students and scientific researchers to carry out the relevant research.
