摘　　要：探讨专家经验类文献中提及的针刺疗效的影响因素。通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和PubMed从建库至2020年9月4日收录的专家经验类期刊文献,提取针刺疗效的影响因素进行归纳分析。结果共纳入499篇文献,包括495篇中文和4篇英文文献。针刺疗效影响因素主要包括诊断方式、针刺取穴、针刺操作、针刺调神、针刺时间5个方面,为临床试验中针刺方案设计提供参考。To explore the influencing factors of acupuncture curative effect in literature of experts’experience.The journal literature of experts’experience was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Pub Med,starting from inception to September 4,2020,and the influencing factors of acupuncture curative effect were extracted and analyzed.A total of 499 articles were included,involving 495 articles in Chinese and 4 articles in English.The influencing factors of acupuncture curative effect mainly include five aspects:diagnostic method,acupoint selection of acupuncture,acupuncture manipulation,regulating mind of acupuncture and acupuncture time,and provide reference for acupuncture protocol design in clinical trials.
