摘 要:污泥是污水处理过程中的主要副产物,其独特的絮状结构具有很强的亲水性,表现出比阻大、脱水性能差的特点。基于目前污泥脱水技术的现状,介绍了污泥脱水性能与脱水机理,重点阐述了加热调理、冷冻融化调理、超声波调理以及微波调理4种物理调理技术,分析了作用机理,阐明了影响因素,比较了各自的优缺点与可行性。结果表明:加热调理操作简易、使用范围广,在150~180℃时对污泥的脱水性有显著提升,优于其他3种技术;低温、低速率下的冷冻技术可改善污泥脱水性能,但使用范围受限;低声强、小功率、短时间的超声波调理对污泥脱水性能有着明显的改善,但需把技术成本考虑在内;微波调理在适宜的微波辐射与停留时间下脱水性能良好,但辐射对人体造成的伤害问题亟待解决。Sludge is a by-product of sewage treatment.Due to its special floc structure and high hydrophilicity,it has large specific resistance and poor dehydration performance.Based on the current sludge dewatering technology,this article introduces the concept of sludge dewatering performance and the mechanism of dewatering,focusing on four physical conditioning sludge technologies:heating conditioning,freezing and thawing conditioning,ultrasonic conditioning and microwave conditioning.It also analyzes the action mechanism,expounds the influencing factors,and compares their advantages,disadvantages and feasibility respectively.The results show that the heating conditioning is better in its simple operation and wide range of applications,which can significantly improve the sludge dewatering at 150~180℃.Freezing technology at low temperature and low rate can improve sludge dewatering performance,but its application is limited.Ultrasonic conditioning with low sound intensity,low power and short time can significantly improve the sludge dewatering performance,but the technical cost should be considered.Microwave conditioning under appropriate microwave radiation and residence time can make the dehydration performance good,but the harm to human body caused by radiation needs to be solved urgently.
