摘　　要：目的 了解我国6月龄~5岁和7岁~40岁人群上臂皮肤厚度,为进行皮内免疫接种注射针具的设计和使用提供明确的指征。方法 经知情同意后,将103名6月龄~5岁志愿者设为A组,124名7~40岁志愿者设为B组,采用高频超声方法对2组志愿者的上臂三角肌部位进行皮肤厚度测定。结果 在A组中,其上臂皮肤的厚度(1.5±0.14)mm,且始终维持至5岁左右。在B组中,除10岁以下女性皮肤厚度约1.6 mm外,女性皮肤厚度基本维持在2.3 mm左右;男性皮肤厚度(2.6±0.49)mm随年龄的增长而增厚。结论 我国6月龄~5岁人群上臂三角肌部位的皮肤厚度明显小于7岁~40岁人群,且其厚度不与年龄增长相关、无性别间差异。Objective To understand the thickness of the upper arm skin of 6-month to 5-years-old and 7 to 40-year-old people so as to provide clear indications for the design and use of injection needles for intradermal immunization in our country.Methods After informed consent,103 volunteers aged from 6 months to 5 years old were set as group A,and 124 volunteers aged from 7 to 40 years old were set as group B.The skin thickness of deltoid muscles of upper arm of the two groups of volunteers was examined by high-frequency ultrasound.Results In group A,the thickness of upper arm skin(1.5±0.14)mm was maintained until about 5 years old.In group B,the skin thickness of females was maintained at about 2.3 mm,except for those younger than 10 years old(about 1.6 mm).In addition,the skin thickness of males(2.6±0.49)mm was increased with age.Conclusions In our country,the skin thickness of deltoid muscle of upper arm in 6-month to 5-years-old people is significantly thinner than that of 7 to 40-yeasr-old people,and it is not related to aging and gender.
