他克莫司与环孢素A滴眼液对角膜移植术后脂质层厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察他克莫司滴眼液及0.1%环孢素A滴眼液对穿透性角膜移植术后LLT的影响。方法 分析穿透性角膜移植术38例(38眼)的临床资料,随机分为他克莫司组和环孢素A组,观察2组术前、术后1周、术后1月、术后3个月、术后6个月的脂质层厚度变化。结果 术后1月,2组间平均脂质层厚度差异有统计学意义,P=0.003;术后1周、术后3个月及术后6个月,2组间脂质层厚度差异均无统计学意义,P=0.378、P=0.758、P=0.232。结论 他克莫司滴眼液在穿透性角膜移植术后早期对泪膜脂质层厚度影响较0.1%环孢素A滴眼液小,长期使用无明显差异。Objective To observe the effects of tacrolimus eye drops and 0.1%cyclosporine A eye drops on tear film lipid layer thickness(LLT)after penetrating keratoplasty.Methods The clinical data of 38 cases(38 eyes)of penetrating keratoplasty were analyzed.They were randomly divided into tacrolimus group and cyclosporine A group.The changes of lipid layer thickness before operation,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were observed.Results One month after operation,there was statistical significance in the difference of average lipid layer thickness between tacrolimus group and cyclosporine A group,P=0.003;There was no statistical significance in the difference of lipid layer thickness between the two groups at 1 week,3 months and 6 months after operation,P=0.378,P=0.758,P=0.232.Conclusions Tacrolimus eye drops has less effect on the thickness of tear film lipid layer in the early stage after penetrating keratoplasty than 0.1%cyclosporine A eye drops,and there is no significant difference in long-term use.
