标准化体位联合胃黏膜祛泡剂对无痛胃镜检查质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化体位联合胃黏膜祛泡剂对无痛胃镜检查质量的影响。方法将680例无痛胃镜检查患者按照检查时间分为试验组和对照组,对照组按照常规护理行无痛胃镜检查,试验组在对照组的基础上,于检查前15 min口服祛泡剂链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油+碳酸氢钠联合标准化体位流程图,按照左侧位—仰卧位—右侧位—俯卧位4个体位的变化进行干预,增加祛泡剂与胃黏膜的接触范围后行无痛胃镜检查,在无痛胃镜操作过程中,记录其对内镜检查视野清晰度、检查时间及护理满意度的影响。结果试验组内镜下视野清晰度优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,且内镜操作时长少于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论无痛胃镜检查前运用标准化体位联合胃黏膜祛泡剂可提高内镜检查视野清晰度、减少检查时长、提升护理满意度,此方法用于无痛内镜术前检查安全可行,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of standardized body position combined with gastric mucosal defoamer on the quality of painless gastroscopy.Methods The 680 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the examination time.The control group underwent painless gastroscopy according to routine care.The experimental group was given the antifoaming agent streptomycin,Simethicone and sodium bicarbonate 15 minutes before the examination combined with standardized body position flow chart,according to the four positions of left position-supine position-right position to prone position.Painless gastroscopy was performed after the contact range of defosing agent and gastric mucosa was increased.During the painless gastroscopy,the effects on the clarity of the visual field under the microscope,examination time and nursing satisfaction were recorded.Results The visual field clarity under the endoscope in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the duration of endoscopic operation was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of standardized body position combined with gastric mucosal defoamer agents before painless gastroscopy can improve the clarity of endoscopy,reduce inspection time and improve nursing satisfaction.The standardized postures are safe and feasible for preoperative painless endoscopy and are worthy of promotion.
