精神科医护人员职业倦怠现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查精神科医护人员职业倦怠现状及其影响因素分析。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月精神科46名医护人员为对象,采用自制调查问卷、职业倦怠感问卷进行资料收集和职业倦怠感现状调查,并采用多元线性回归分析影响精神科医护人员职业倦怠的相关因素。结果精神科男性个人成就感维度得分低于女性,且不同工作年限与不同阶段的医护人员职业倦怠得分比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);职业倦怠与生活满意度呈负相关,个人成就感与生活满意度呈正相关(P<0.01)。职业倦怠感情感耗竭维度和去人格化维度与睡眠质量呈正相关(P<0.01),个人成就感维度与睡眠质量无显著相关性(P>0.05)。回归分析显示,家庭经济负担、工作安全感、自身健康状况、日间睡眠障碍及生活质量满意度均为精神科职业倦怠的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论影响精神科医护人员职业倦怠因素较多,如家庭经济负担、自身健康状况、工作安全感、日间睡眠障碍及生活质量满意度,为此应区别对待实施针对性和个性化管理,识别和筛查影响精神科医护人员职业倦怠的相关因素,帮助其正确看待职业,树立期望目标协调人际关系,保持身心健康减轻职业倦怠现象。Objective To investigate the status of job burnout of psychiatric medical staff and its influencing factors.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,46 medical staff in psychiatric department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The data collection and investigation of job burnout status were carried out by self-made questionnaire,job burnout questionnaire,and the related factors affecting job burnout of psychiatric medical staff were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The individual sense of achievement dimension score of male psychiatric medical staff was significantly lower than that of female medical staff,and the burnout scores of medical staff with different working years and at different stages were significantly different(P<0.05).Job burnout was negatively correlated with life satisfaction,and a personal sense of achievement was positively associated with life satisfaction(P<0.01).The burnout emotional depletion and depersonalization dimensions were positively related with sleep quality(P<0.01),The personal achievement dimension was not significantly associated with sleep quality(P>0.05).The regression analysis results showed that the family economic burden,work security,their own health status,daytime sleep disorders and quality of life satisfaction were all related factors affecting the job burnout of psychiatric medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting job burnout of psychiatric medical staff,such as family financial burden,job security,daytime sleep disorder and quality of life satisfaction.It is suggested to identify and screen the relevant factors affecting job burnout of psychiatric medical staff,help them to treat their occupation correctly,set expectations,coordinate interpersonal relationships,maintain physical and mental health to reduce job burnout.
