摘　　要：目的:采用气相色谱仪建立操作简单、成本低的蒙药安神补心六味丸中肉豆蔻醚的含量测定方法。方法:HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),检测器为FID检测器,进样口温度312℃,检测器温度为332℃,柱温为125℃,保持10 min,载气为氮气,流速为1 mL·min^(-1),分流进样,分流比为5∶1;进样量为1μL,隔垫吹扫3 mL·min^(-1),氢气流速为30 mL·min^(-1);空气流速为300 mL·min^(-1);尾吹气流速为25 mL·min^(-1)。结果:肉豆蔻醚在0.144~0.18μg·μL^(-1)(r=0.9997)范围内线性良好,平均回收率102.86(RSD=0.95%)。结论:该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药安神补心六味丸中肉豆蔻醚的含量测定。Objective:To establish a simple and low-cost method for the determination of myristate in Mongolian medicine Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills by gas chromatography.Method:HP-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),FID detector,inlet temperature 312℃,detector temperature 332℃,column temperature 125℃,hold on 10 min,the carrier gas is nitrogen,the flow rate is 1 mL·min^(-1),the split injection is performed,and the split ratio is 5∶1;the injection volume is 1μL,the septum is purged at 3 mL·min^(-1),and the hydrogen flow rate is 30 mL·min^(-1);air flow rate is 300 mL·min^(-1);makeup gas flow rate is 25 mL·min^(-1).Result:The linear range of the detected mass concentration of myristate ether was0.144-0.18μg·μL^(-1)(r=0.9997),and the linearity was good within this range;the average recovery rate was 102.86(RSD=0.95%).Conclusion:The method has high precision and good separation,and can be used for the determination of myristyl ether in Mongolian medicine Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills.
