基于用户需求的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务研究——以中国石油大学(北京)为例

摘　　要：文章以80所高校国家知识产权信息服务中心为研究对象,通过文献检索、网络调研等方法,对知识产权信息服务中心业务开展情况进行了梳理和对比。进一步通过问卷调查的方式,针对中国石油大学(北京)知识产权信息服务需求展开调研。通过综合分析,提出了基于科研团体、学生团体和产学研管理团体(包括合作企业和学校职能部门人员)需求的知识产权信息服务模式,该模式以用户需求为导向,拓宽了知识产权信息服务内容,可以有效地促进产学研结合,也为知识产权信息服务中心的发展方向及学校“双一流”建设提供参考。Taking the national intellectual property information service centers of 80 colleges and universities as the research object,this paper combs and compares the business development of intellectual property information service centers through literature retrieval,network research and other methods.Further,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the demand for intellectual property information service of China University of Petroleum,Beijing.Through comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward an intellectual property information service model based on the needs of scientific research groups,student groups and industry university research management groups(including cooperative enterprises and personnel of functional departments of the school).This model is user-oriented,widens the content of intellectual property information service,can effectively promote the combination of industry,university and research,and also provides reference for the development direction of intellectual property information service center and the“Double First-class”construction of the school.
