摘　　要：文章以某船主减速齿轮装置电动备用滑油泵启停故障为研究对象,从电控系统分析,认为是滑油泵启动控制箱主接触器无法吸合的主要原因。根据故障原因,制定了更换新接触器的维修方案,确保了该船的电动备用滑油泵正常启停的工作状态。This paper takes the start-stop failure of an electric standby lube oil pump in a ship’s main reduction gear unit as the research object.Through the analysis of the electric control system,the failure is mainly attributed to the problem that the main contactor of the start control box in the lube oil pump cannot be actuated.Given this failure cause,a maintenance plan of replacing the contactor with a new one is developed to ensure that the ship’s electric standby lube oil pump starts and stops normally.
