摘　　要：文章以实际工作中监测发现的某发电柴油机滑油进水故障为例,介绍了油液监测实施、故障诊断分析、指导问题排查、完成故障修复的全闭环油液监测流程,从实际案例的角度表明油液监测在发电柴油机使用状态维护、指导视情维修、预防装备事故等方面发挥着重要作用。A fault of water ingress into lube oil that occurred to a generator diesel engine was monitored in actual work.Taking this fault as an example,the paper outlines the whole closed-loop oil monitoring process,including the implementation of oil monitoring,fault diagnosis and analysis,guided troubleshooting,and completion of fault repair.This paper demonstrates with an actual case that oil monitoring plays an important role in the service state maintenance,guided maintenance according to conditions,and equipment accident prevention of a diesel engine.
