海损船修理工艺要点分析

摘　　要：船舶在航行或靠泊时,由于受复杂天气影响或人员操作不当,往往会引起搁浅、触礁、相撞等海损事故,海损部位以艏、艉及船底居多,这些位置大都涉及船体线型区域,修复难度较大。文章通过分析几种类型海损船修理,提出了海损船修理的一般工艺步骤和方法。Ships are prone to suffer sea damage once an accident such as grounding,striking on a rock,and colliding occurs due to complex weather or an improper operation.Bow,stern,and ship bottom are more vulnerable to such an accident.These positions involve the hull line area and are thus difficult to repair.In this paper,the general technological steps and repair methods are put forward for sea-damaged ships.
