摘 要:以某深水半潜式钻井平台为研究对象,对平台关键连接部位进行疲劳强度分析。采用某国近海波浪散布图,考虑设计的波浪荷载条件,利用AQWA软件进行模型水动力分析,以谱疲劳分析方法对结构进行疲劳强度分析,结果表明,该半潜式钻井平台浮箱-立柱连接处、立柱-甲板连接处的疲劳寿命均在50年以上,符合美国船级社(ABS)规范。另外,还对立柱与上部甲板连接处进行了评估,给出了能够改善立柱-甲板连接结构疲劳性能的设计方案,以消除该区域的裂纹。This paper takes a deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform as the research object,analyzing the fatigue strength of its critical joint parts.In light of the offshore wave scatter diagram of a certain country,the designed wave load conditions were investigated,and the AQWA software was used for the hydrodynamic analysis of the model.Spectral fatigue analysis was implemented for fatigue strength analysis of the structures.The results show that the fatigue lives of the pontoon-column and column-deck connections of the semi-submersible drilling platform are both more than 50 years and thus conform to the American Bureau of Shipping(ABS)rules.In addition,the connections of the columns with the upper deck were also evaluated.A design scheme was provided to improve the fatigue performance of the column-deck connections and ultimately to eliminate the cracks in these areas.
