摘 要:舰船系统是一个典型的复杂装备系统,由于组织结构中的系统组成和工作流程繁杂、装备性能复杂、参与方之间的协调沟通难度、系统内人员素质差异以及内部和外部环境影响等,使得其维修也具有一定的复杂性,在实施过程中,往往会受到各种不确定因素的影响而导致成本增加、进度拖延,甚至引发人员、机器等安全事故,加大了维修的难度。为能够有效地协调工程维修资源,保证项目内各相关方流畅的沟通渠道,降低维修风险,通过各阶段工作流程,分析各阶段的质量监督流程,运用跨职能流程图的方法明确质量监督中各职能结构的业务信息流,为实现修理质量监督业务流程的标准化提供了方法依据。The ship system is a typical complex equipment system.Its maintenance is also complex due to the complicated workflow and system composition in the organizational structure,complex equipment performance,difficult coordination and communication among participants,uneven personnel quality in the system,impacts of internal and external environments,and so on.During the implementation of maintenance,the various uncertain factors it is subjected to tend to cause increased costs,delayed schedules,and even safety accidents,such as those of the personnel and machines,and consequently increase the difficulty in maintenance.To effectively coordinate engineering maintenance resources,ensure smooth communication channels for relevant parties in the project,and reduce maintenance risks,this paper analyzes the quality supervision process in each stage through the workflow in that stage and clarifies the business information flow of each functional structure in quality supervision with the cross-functional flowchart.In this way,it provides a methodological reference for standardizing the business process of repair quality supervision.
