摘　　要：商业秘密是企业经济的命脉,更是企业的无形资产。企业商业秘密主要包括两部分:技术信息和经营信息。比如管理方法,产销策略,客户名单、货源情报、代理信息等经营信息;生产配方、工艺流程、技术诀窍、设计图纸、特种装置等技术信息。修船企业保护商业秘密要从定密开始,强化制度建设,落实三防,持续开展保密监督检查,保护企业商业秘密不受侵害。Enterprises take business secrets as not only their lifeblood but also intangible assets.Overall,business secrets fall into two categories:technical information and operation information.Management methods,production and sales strategies,customer lists,supply information,agency information,etc.are regarded as operation information.Production formulas,technological processes,technical secrets,design drawings,special devices,and others constitute technical information.For the sake of business secrecy,ship repair enterprises should strengthen system construction starting from secret classification.Further,prevention and control measures based on human power,equipment,and technologies should be taken and continuous confidentiality supervision and inspection are needed to protect business secrets from disclosure.
