摘　　要：本文以大学“校园贷”的形成背景与治理方式为切入点,开展大学“校园贷”现状调查,主要聚焦了受访者关于“校园贷”的基本常识、借贷行为的现实情况调查以及关于“校园贷”的法律观念等等,在取得第一手资料基础上,尝试从国家、家庭、大学以及个体多个维度提出“校园贷”治理方式的相关建议。Taking the formation background and governance mode of“campus loan”as the starting point,this paper carries out the investigation on the current situation of University“campus loan”,mainly focusing on the respondents'basic knowledge of“campus loan”,the investigation of the actual situation of lending behavior and the legal concept of“campus loan”,and tries to start from multiple dimensions including the country,family,universities and individuals to put forward relevant suggestions on the governance of“campus loan”.
