摘　　要：马克思主义法学理论的出现,推动了法学理论领域的革命性发展,自此法的精神出现了新的元素,现代法的价值得到了充分展现,推动了社会改革。在经过毛泽东法律思想、邓小平法治理论以及现阶段依法治国战略思维的发展后,马克思主义法学理论中国化更为科学与理性,为中国法治现代化建设提供了新的方法论,推动了中国法学理论的重新建构。在开展中国法治现代化建设中,必须要以马克思主义法学理论中国化作为指导,构建完善的法治体系,夯实法治思想,为社会发展构建良好的法治环境。The emergence of Marxist legal theory has promoted the revolutionary development in the field of legal theory.Since then,the spirit of law has appeared with new elements,the value of modern law has been fully demonstrated,and social reform has been promoted.After the development of Mao Zedong's legal thought,Deng Xiaoping's theory of the rule of law and the strategic thinking of ruling the country by law at this stage,the Sinicization of Marxist legal theory has become more scientific and rational,providing a new methodology for China's modernization of the rule of law and promoting the renewal of Chinese legal theory.construct.In carrying out the modernization of the rule of law in China,we must use the Sinicization of Marxist legal theory as a guide to build a sound system of the rule of law,consolidate the idea of the rule of law,and build a good legal environment for social development.
