摘  要:与单层客车相比,双层轨道客车的车底离地面距离低,所以单层客车上蓄电池箱悬挂于车底的结构形式不适用于双层客车。因此,在双层客车上采用将蓄电池箱放置于车体内部的内置式结构设计。内置式放置形式对电池箱内的流动气流要求较高,但现有的设计结构在进行流动气流仿真实验时,无法满足要求,需要进行改进。本文介绍了一种内置式蓄电池箱通风优化的改进过程及方法。Compared with the single-deck rail passenger car,the distance between the bottom of the double-deck rail passenger car and the ground is lower,so the structure of the single-deck rail passenger car battery box hanging from the bottom of the car is not suitable for the double-deck car.Therefore,in the double-deck rail passenger car,the battery box is placed inside the car body.However,the existing design structure can’t meet the requirements in the air flow simulation experiment,so it needs to be improved.This paper introduces an improved process and method of ventilation optimization for builtin battery box.
