摘 要:对流对极板固化的影响体现在极板中3PbO•PbSO_(4)•H_(2)O(3BS)向4PbO•PbSO_(4)(4BS)转化程度。对流强度可以用风速来表征。3BS向4BS转化为吸热反应,故对流强度高时,对流导热迅速,有利于极板铅膏中3BS向4BS转化。红丹的加入使得正极板铅膏与板栅的结合程度增强。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察去除铅膏的正、负板栅,发现仅有正板栅表面附着部分铅膏。同时,对流强度大的环境下固化后的正板栅表面附着的铅膏外观结构更加致密均匀,因此可以认为对流强度大的环境更有利4PbO•PbSO_(4)晶体的产生。相同对流强度条件下,负板中3BS向4BS的转化程度低于正极板中的3BS向4BS转化程度。此外,4BS含量高的正极板经内化成后更有利于电池循环寿命的提升。Cross-ventilation has an influence on the level of transforms between 3BS and 4BS during the process of plate curing.Wind speed is a direct expression on intensity of convection and the reaction of changing 3BS to 4BS is endothermic.Therefore,when intensity of convection is stronger,more rapidly convective heat transfers,which causes a great tendency on changing 3BS to 4BS in lead paste.Addition of Pb_(3)O_(4) makes combination between plate paste and grid stronger in positive plate.After lead paste being removed,it is found that there is still some lead paste adhering to the surface of positive grid but no any of negative grid.Meanwhile,structure appearance of paste attaching to positive grid is more compact and homogeneous.Then we hold the opinion that it is much easier to form 4BS in the environment of higher convection,which is of correspondence with quantitative analysis by SEM.However,under the same intensity of convection,the level of changing 3BS to 4BS in negative plate is lower than that in positive plate.Furthermore,higher content of 4BS can enhance the lifetime of cycling in lead-acid battery.
