摘 要:基于区域具有经济主体和区位双重特征,以及其基本的空间单位是增长极与经济腹地构成的认识,从经济主体与区位匹配的视角来看,深港合作经历了以产品生产和销售为基础的“前店后厂”模式,到以要素自由流动为基础的市场一体化模式的转变过程。目前,深港合作正在从市场一体化模式向深度融合发展模式迈进。然而,“一国两制”制度优势转化的方式亟须创新,深港合作理念亟待转变,成为二者深度融合发展的掣肘。要积极探索以经济腹地共享为基础的新模式,通过建设深港经济腹地共享和开拓平台,打通制约经济主体与区位匹配的“最后一公里”,积极推动深港都市圈建设,有力促进深港深度融合发展。Based on the dual characteristics of economic entities and geographical locations in the region,from the above perspective,Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation has experienced a transformation process from a model based on product production and sales to a market integration model based on the free flow of factors.At present,Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation is moving from a market integration model to a deeply integrated development model.However,the way of transforming the advantages of the“one country,two systems”system still needs innovation,and the concept of Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation also needs to be transformed.These two aspects have also become constraints to the development of deep integration.It is necessary to actively explore a new model based on the sharing of the economic hinterland.By building a platform for the sharing and development of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong economic hinterland,it is necessary to break through the obstacles that restrict the matching of economic entities and locations,actively promote the construction of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong metropolitan area,and effectively promote the integrated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
