摘  要:为解决双板预制混凝土剪力墙模板空间狭长,内部钢筋桁架导致现浇普通混凝土无法振捣问题,基于Janssen理论建立自密实混凝土模板侧压力计算模型,并推导出侧压力计算公式。通过设计的试验装置研究自密实混凝土与模板间的摩擦系数、侧压力折减系数在浇筑过程中的时变效应,并对推导公式进行参数修正。以双板预制混凝土剪力墙自密实混凝土模板侧压力实测数据为验证对象,对修正公式的计算误差进行验证对比,研究表明,考虑时变效应的自密实混凝土模板侧压力修正公式可相对准确地预测预制剪力墙模板侧压力,计算值与实测值的误差较小。修正公式可作为规范公式的辅助参考,从而合理安全地设计模板施工方案。In order to solve the problem that the double-wall precast concrete shear wall formwork space is narrow and long,and the internal steel truss makes the cast-in-place ordinary concrete unable to vibrate,the lateral pressure calculation model of self-compacting concrete formwork is established based on Janssen theory,and the calculation formula of lateral pressure is derived.The time-varying effects of the friction coefficient and the lateral pressure reduction coefficient between the self-compacting concrete and the formwork during the pouring process is studied by the designed test device,and the parameters of the derived formula are modified.Taking the measured data of self-compacting concrete formwork lateral pressure of double-wall precast concrete shear wall as the verification object,the calculation error of the modified formula is verified and compared.The results show that the modified formula of self-compacting concrete formwork lateral pressure considering time-varying effect can relatively accurately predict the formwork lateral pressure of precast shear wall,and the error between the calculated value and the measured value is small.The modified formula can be used as the auxiliary reference of the standard formula,so as to design the formwork construction scheme reasonably and safely.
