摘 要:基于武汉长江中心项目B1地块应用内爬塔式起重机及轻量化集成平台设备,对其附着件进行设计,为适应其设备荷载对墙体结构的受力,通过现场原墙体结构试验对附着件承载力进行研究,验证该附着件的安全可靠性及墙体结构的承载能力。试验结果表明,内爬塔式起重机附着件在2000kN设计荷载作用下能满足其结构强度要求,且400mm厚墙体设计钢筋强度满足要求,混凝土未出现开裂损伤;轻量化集成平台附着件在800kN设计荷载作用下能满足其结构强度要求,且400mm厚墙体设计钢筋强度满足要求,混凝土未出现开裂损伤。Based on the application of inner climbing tower cranes and lightweight integrated platform equipment in the B1 block of the Wuhan Yangtze River Center project,its attachments are designed.In order to adapt to the force of its equipment load on the wall structure,the bearing capacity of the attachment was studied through the original wall structure test on site to verify the safety and reliability of the attachment and the bearing capacity of the wall structure.The test results show that the attachments of the inner climbing tower crane can meet the structural strength requirements under the design load of 2000 kN,and the design steel strength of the 400 mm thick wall meets the requirements,and there is no cracking damage to the concrete.The attachments of lightweight integrated platform can meet its structural strength requirements under the design load of 800 kN,and the design steel strength of the 400 mm thick wall meets the requirements,and there is no cracking damage to the concrete.
