摘　　要：以榆林市体育场清水混凝土预制看台施工项目为例,从设计、制作和安装等方面进行研究分析,采用可调节尺寸的通用构件模板以提高模板的周转率,看台板制作时考虑冬季施工特殊情况并提出合理的安装方案,形成一套清水混凝土预制看台全过程施工技术并将其应用于现场施工。工程实践表明,该技术能提高清水混凝土预制看台的施工质量,解决看台型号多、数量大、结构复杂等难题,且预制看台结构整体性清水施工效果达到设计要求。Taking the construction project of the fair-faced concrete precast stand of Yulin Stadium as the background,the research and analysis are carried out from the aspects of design,production and installation.The general component formwork with adjustable size is used to improve the turnover rate of the formwork.The special conditions of winter construction are considered when the stand slab is made and a reasonable installation scheme is put forward.The whole process construction technology of the fair-faced concrete precast stand is formed and applied to the site construction.The engineering practice shows that this technology can improve the construction quality of the fair-faced concrete precast stand,and solve the difficulties such as the number of grandstand types,large number and complex structure.At the same time,the construction effect of precast stand structure as a whole also meets the design requirements.
