摘　　要：户外独立柱广告牌由于设置方式灵活、商业价值显著,在我国分布广泛。由于独立柱广告牌长期裸露在室外,不可避免地受风、雨、雪等恶劣天气影响,导致钢结构易锈蚀、焊缝易开裂。在使用过程中,户外独立柱广告牌倒塌、面板脱落伤人事故时有发生,需对广告牌进行安全性鉴定。对户外独立柱广告牌进行安全性鉴定的实例相对较少,检测鉴定流程不明确。为此对北京地区某户外独立柱广告牌进行检测,并通过计算分析,详细论述广告牌安全性鉴定流程,并对鉴定存在的问题进行研究,提出相关建议。Outdoor independent column billboards are widely distributed in China due to their flexible settings and significant commercial value.However,due to the long-term exposure of independent column billboards to the outdoors,they are inevitably exposed to severe weather such as wind,rain and snow,resulting in easy corrosion of the steel structure and easy cracking of the welds.In the process of use,the collapse of the independent column billboard,the panel falling off and hurting people often occur,so it is particularly urgent and necessary to carry out the safety detection and identification of the outdoor independent column billboard.However,there are relatively few examples of safety detection and identification specifically for outdoor billboards in China,and the detection and identification process is not clear.Through the detection and calculation analysis of an outdoor independent column billboard in Beijing,the safety identification process of the outdoor independent column billboard is discussed in detail,and the problems existing in the safety identification are analyzed and researched,and relevant suggestions are put forward.
