摘  要:研究使用水泥、硅酸钠、生石灰、熟石膏、钙镁磷肥和沸石粉等材料对制革污泥进行固化并将其制备成可建材利用的污泥免烧骨料。通过正交实验初步确定固化材料配比,在此配比基础上以直接掺加和部分替代水泥的方式,探究了添加钙镁磷肥和沸石粉对提高污泥免烧骨料物理性能及降低污染物浸出浓度的可能性,结果表明以钙镁磷肥替代20%水泥、沸石粉替代30%水泥作为两种优化配比制备的污泥免烧骨料的性能指标较好。In this study,cement,sodium silicate,quicklime,plaster of paris,calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer,and zeolite powder were used to solidify tannery sludge and prepare it into unburned sludge aggregates that can be used as a building material.The solidified materials ratio was determined by an orthogonal test.Based on the ratio of this material,the possibility of adding calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and zeolite powder to improve the physical properties of unburned sludge aggregates and reduce the leaching concentration of pollutants were explored by directly admixing and partially replacing cement.The results show that the performance of sludge unburned aggregates prepared with calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer instead of 20%cement and zeolite powder instead of 30%cement were better.
