摘  要:需要层次理论是从人类动机的角度出发研究人类自身需要的重要理论,体现“以人为本”的重要思想。本文运用文献资料等研究方法构建出包括3个一级指标、12个二级指标、40个三级指标的中学生健身锻炼能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法求得该评价指标体系各指标的权重系数,并且经过探索性和验证性因素分析,中学生健身锻炼能力评价模型具有较好的信效度,能够满足研究需要。该评价指标体系能够为教育管理部门客观评价中学生健身锻炼能力提供依据,也能为中学生进行健身锻炼能力自我评价以及改进提高提供参考。The hierarchy of needs theory is an important theory that studies human needs from the perspective of human motivation and embodies the important thought of“people-oriented”.In this paper,using literature data method,et al.construct consists of 3 primary index,12 secondary indicators,40 level index of middle school students’exercise ability evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)for the evaluation of the index weight coefficient of index system,and through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,The evaluation model of middle school students’fitness exercise ability has good reliability and validity and can meet the research needs.The evaluation index system can provide the basis for the education management department to objectively evaluate the fitness and exercise ability of middle school students,and also provide reference for the self-evaluation and improvement of fitness and exercise ability of middle school students.
