后海穴注射猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果分析

摘　　要：为探索后海穴注射猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果,随机选用80头30日龄仔猪,通过后海穴与肌肉注射两种途径接种猪瘟疫苗,30 d后采用正向间接血凝试验法测定抗体水平,并分析其抗体消长规律。结果表明,后海穴注射猪瘟疫苗的抗体水平显著高于肌肉注射组,且在整个抗体消长的追踪过程中,后海穴注射猪瘟疫苗的抗体峰值较肌肉注射对照组高(P<0.05),维持时间较肌肉注射对照组长。试验结果表明,后海穴与肌肉注射猪瘟疫苗相比,可产生较好的免疫效果。In order to explore the immune effect of Houhai acupoint in classical swine fever(CSF)vaccine injection,eighty 30-day-old piglets in a pig farm were randomly chosen as experimental animals in this experiment.After 30 days,the antibody level was measured by positive indirect hemagglutination test,and the law of antibody growth was analyzed.The results showed that the antibody level of Houhai acupoint injection group was significantly higher than that of intramuscular injection group,and in the whole process of antibody tracking,the antibody peak value of Houhai acupoint injection group was higher than that of intramuscular injection group,and the maintenance time was longer than that of intramuscular injection group.It showed that Houhai acupoint has a better immune effect than intramuscular in classical swine fever vaccine injection.
