摘 要:本文总结了我国虚拟生理人体研究及医学应用所面临的重大机遇与挑战,围绕医学、基础生物学、数学、物理与计算机等多学科在虚拟生理人体领域的交叉研究,对多维度生理学与病理学信号数据的定量获取、器官生理与药理微观尺度建模、器官几何物理与宏观生理建模仿真、基于虚拟生理人体的医疗器械研发应用等方面所取得的主要进展和成就进行了综述,在此基础上,凝炼了该领域未来5~10年的重大关键科学问题,探讨了相关前沿研究方向的发展目标,提出了科学基金的资助战略建议。This paper summarizes the major opportunities and challenges faced by the research and medical application of virtual physiological human in China.Focusing on the interdisciplinary research of medicine,basic biology,mathematics,physics and computer are reviewed in the field of virtual physiological human.The main progress and achievements in the quantitative acquisition of multi-dimensional physiological and pathological signal data,micro scale modeling of organ physiology and pharmacology,modeling and simulation of organ geometric physics and macro physiology,R&D and application of medical devices based on virtual physiological human.On this basis,the major key scientific problems in the next 5~10 years are condensed,and the development objectives of relevant cutting-edge research directions are discussed.A number of suggestions on the funding strategy for National Natural Science Fundation of China are proposed.
