摘  要:目的研究薄荷醇对微生物的杀灭效果,初步探讨薄荷醇在消毒领域的应用价值。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验,研究薄荷醇对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果。结果试验浓度为500 mg/L的薄荷醇溶液,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用30 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;试验浓度为1000 mg/L的薄荷醇溶液对白色念珠菌作用20 min,杀灭对数值>4.00。结论薄荷醇对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有较好的杀灭效果,可进一步开展其安全性和实际应用研究。Objective To study the killing effect of menthol on microorganisms,and preliminarily explore the application value of menthol in the field of disinfection.Methods Suspension quantitative killing test was used to study the killing effect of menthol on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.Results Menthol solution with a test concentration of 500 mg/L was used to act on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus for 30 min,and the killing log values were all>5.00.Menthol solution with a test concentration of 1000 mg/L was used to act on Candida albicans for 20 min,and the killing log value was>4.00.Conclusion Menthol has a good killing effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans,and its safety and practical application research can be further carried out.
