摘  要:目的建立消毒剂产品中氯己定含量的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)测定方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱仪,建立消毒产品中2种氯己定含量测定方法,并进行验证。结果分别以乙腈和磷酸二氢钾为流动相A与B,检测器波长254 nm。醋酸氯己定和葡萄糖酸氯己定检测线性范围5.0~200.0 mg/L,相关系数R为0.9998,检出限0.1 mg/L,加标回收率94.1%~103.5%,相对标准偏差1.6%~3.1%。结论采用超高效液相色谱法检测消毒产品中醋酸氯己定和葡萄糖酸氯己定含量,方法灵敏度高,分析速度快,具有实际应用价值。Objective To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for the determination of chlorhexidine in disinfection products.Methods UPLC was used to establish and verify the method for determination of two kinds of chlorhexidine content in disinfection products.Results Acetonitrile and potassium dihydrogen phosphate were used as mobile phase A and B,respectively,and the detector wavelength was 254 nm.The detection linear range of chlorhexidine acetate and chlorhexidine gluconate was 5.0~200.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficient R was 0.9998,the detection limit was 0.1 mg/L,the standard recovery rate was 94.1%~103.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.6%~3.1%.Conclusion UPLC could be used to detect the contents of chlorhexidine acetate and chlorhexidine gluconate in disinfection products.The method has high sensitivity and fast analysis speed,and has practical application value.
