摘 要:以五水四氯化锡和氟化钠为主要原材料,通过溶剂热法,制备F掺杂纳米SnO_(2)粉体,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、电子显微镜(EDS)对所制备样品进行了表征,以及通过对罗丹明B、甲基橙、亚甲基蓝等模拟废水降解实验来评估所制备的F掺杂SnO_(2)粉体的光催化性能研究。结果表明:当F掺杂浓度为n(F)/n(Sn)=1∶18、添加3 g聚乙二醇、反应时间为5 h、反应温度为200℃、投加量为0.05 g,采用可见光对罗丹明B的降解效果最好,降解率为98.33%。Using stannic chloride pentahydrate and sodium fluoride as the main raw materials,F doped nano SnO_(2) powder was prepared by solvothermal method.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and electron microscopy(EDS).The photocatalytic performance of the prepared F-doped SnO_(2) powders was evaluated by the degradation experiments of simulated wastewater,such as Rh B,methyl orange and methylene blue.The results show that when the F doping concentration is n(F)/n(Sn)=1∶18,3 g polyethylene glycol is added,the reaction time is 5h,the reaction temperature is 200℃,and the dosage is 0.05 g,the best degradation effect of Rh B is achieved by using visible light,and the degradation rate is 98.33%.
