摘  要:铠装海缆的端部接头是实现缆体与上端浮体设备连接的重要部件,主要承担轴向荷载,接头连接性能成为限制海缆深水应用的关键瓶颈,其轴向承载能力预测工作具有重要意义。为研究接头轴向承载力的预测方法,本文首先基于双线内聚力模型开展了铠装海缆粘接接头脱粘失效的有限元分析,模拟了轴向加载过程中粘接界面的损伤及失效的过程,确定失效机理及轴向承载力随钢丝轴向位移的变化趋势,接着分析了接头内部铠装钢丝结构参数对轴向承载力的影响,以此数值分析结果为依据,最后讨论了不同铠装钢丝应力解析模型在轴向承载能力预测中的适用性。该研究结果可为动态海缆接头的连接设计提供参考。The ending-fitting of armored sea cable is an important part to realize the connection between the cable body and the upper floating body equipment,and mainly undertakes the axial load.The ending-fitting connection performance becomes the key bottleneck to limit the deep water application of sea cable,and the prediction of its axial bearing capacity is of great significance.Based on the two-line cohesive force model,the finite element analysis of debonding failure of the bonded ending-fitting of armored Marine cable is carried out,and the damage and failure process of the bonded interface during axial loading is simulated,and the axial bearing capacity is predicted.Furthermore,the influence of size parameters of armored steel wire inside the ending-fitting on the axial bearing capacity was analyzed,and the applicability of stress analytical models of different armored steel wire in the prediction of axial bearing capacity was discussed based on the numerical analysis results.The results of this paper can provide reference for the design of dynamic sea cable ending-fitting.
