摘  要:为研究微生物燃料电池(MFC)在农村生活污水处理工艺中对污染物去除效果的影响及其产电效率,在厌氧/好氧生物接触氧化反应器中构建了MFC,并进行实验研究。结果表明:增加了MFC构建可以使装置的COD去除率从87.67%提高到96.19%,总氮和悬浮物去除率也有一定提高,分别从61.6%和84.6%提高到64.7%和87.9%,但对氨氮和总磷的去除效果影响不明显。稳定期,当外接500Ω电阻时,装置中MFC的输出电压可达到0.33~0.51 V,总产电功率和库仑效率分别为169.13~192.12 mW/m^(3)和2.50%。微生物分析表明,装置中构建MFC可以提高整个装置中与产电和有机物去除相关的微生物(Trichococcus)、好氧区的脱氮微生物(Dokdonella和Rhodobacter)和除磷微生物(norank_f__Caldilineaceae和Anaerolineaceae)等的相对丰度,从而提高装置的污水处理效率。To study the effect of microbial fuel cell(MFC)on pollutant removal and electricity generation efficiency in rural domestic wastewater treatment process(anaerobic/aerobic contact oxidation process),the MFC was constructed in an anaerobic/aerobic bio-contact oxidation reactor,and compared with an open-circuit MFC-aerobic contact oxidation reactor.The experimental results showed that the construction of MFCs in the anaerobic/aerobic biological contact oxidation process increased the COD removal rate of the reactor from 87.61%to 96.15%,the total nitrogen and suspended solids removal rates increased from 61.6%and 84.6%to 64.7%and 87.9%,respectively.But the removal of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus was not significantly affected.In the stable period,when a 500Ωexternal resistor was connected,the output voltages of the MFCs reached 0.33~0.51 V,and the total output power and coulomb efficiency were 169.13~192.12 mW/m~3 and 2.50%,respectively.Microbial analysis showed that the construction of MFCs increased the abundance of microbes related to electricity production and organic removal(Trichococcus)in the entire reactor,and nitrogen removal microbes(Dokdonella and Rhodobacter)and phosphorus removal microbes(norank_f__Caldilineaceae and Anaerolineaceae)in the aerobic zone.That is one of the reasons why the construction of MFCs improved the wastewater treatment efficiency of reactor.
