摘　　要：中国共产党十九届六中全会全面深刻地总结了党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验,再次向全世界昭示了中国共产党的“能”。从百年党史全面分析中国共产党是一个什么样的党是回答“中国共产党为什么能”的最首要、最基础的切入点。在百年党史中解码中国共产党是什么要干什么这个根本问题的大逻辑,可以从五个方面予以概括:中国共产党是一个发展壮大迅速创造了并且在持续创造世所罕见奇迹的党,是一个在世界共产主义运动史上具有特殊地位作出突出贡献的党,是一个在形成理路与执政理念上与西方政党有根本区别的党,是一个不懈坚持自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的党,是一个不断推进马克思主义中国化,不断实现理论创新发展的党。The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee comprehensively and profoundly summarized the major achievements and historical experience of the party’s hundred years of struggle,and once again demonstrated the“capability”of the CPC to the world.A comprehensive analysis of what kind of party the Communist Party of China is from its centennial party history is the most important and basic entry point to answer“why the Communist Party of China is capable”.The fundamental problem of decoding what the Communist Party of China is and what it wants to do in the hundred years history of the party can be summarized from five aspects:the Communist Party of China is a party that has developed and expanded rapidly and has created and continues to create miracles in the world;a party that has a special position and made outstanding contributions in the history of the world communist movement;a party that is fundamentally different from the western parties in terms of generative logic and ruling philosophy;a party that unremittingly adheres to self-purification,self-improvement,self innovation and self-improvement;and a party that constantly promotes the Sinicization of Marxism and continuously realizes the innovation and development of theory.
