摘　　要：目的:为观察PPH联合结扎速血管闭合系统(LigaSure)治疗重度环状混合痔的临床效果。方法:将96例重度环状混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组采用PPH联合LigaSure痔切除术治疗;对照组行PPH联合超声刀痔切除术治疗。比较2组手术指标、术后并发症及临床疗效。结果:观察组术中出血量、住院时间和创面愈合时间均少于对照组(P <0.05),术后3d疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05),肛缘水肿、肛周渗液及术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),总体疗效优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:重度环状混合痔行PPH联合LigaSure痔切除术可提高疗效,减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间,减少术后疼痛、水肿及渗液等并发症,加快术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PPH combined with LigaSure in the treatment of severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids(SCMH).Methods The 96patients were randomly divided into observation group(48cases,PPH combined with LigaSure)and control group(48cases,ultrasonic scalpel for resection);then,both groups’ operative norms,postoperative complication and clinical effect were compared.Results In intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time and wound-surface healing time,in the score ratings on pain 3days after surgery,in ano-edge edema,perianal exudation,and postoperative complication incidence,and in whole effect observation group was respectively less,lower,lower,and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Conclusion PPH combined LigaSure for SCMH can enhance effect,reduce intraoperative bleeding volume,shorten hospitalization time,decline the incidence of postoperative pain edema and exudation,etc complication,so that make postoperative recovery faster,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
