自动痔套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗混合痔30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自动痔套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析本院60例混合痔患者临床资料,分为治疗组30例行自动痔套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗,对照组30例行自动痔套扎术治疗,观察2组手术时间,术后24h疼痛评分,尿潴留,痔核脱出及创口出血情况。结果:治疗组手术时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组术后24h疼痛评分、尿潴留发生率,痔核脱出发生率及出血发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:自动痔套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗混合痔与单纯自动痔套扎相比,在不增加手术时间的同时,可减轻术后24h疼痛,降低尿潴留、痔核脱出和出血的发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Reviewed the clinical data of 60mixed hemorrhoids patients treated in author’s hospital:treatment group(30cases,RPH plus Xiaozhiling injection)and control(30cases,alone RPH);both groups’ operating time,the status on pain,uroschesis,hemorrhoids core out,and wound bleeding 24hrs after surgery.Results In operating time there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);in the score ratings on pain,urochesis incidence,the incidence of hemorrhoids core out,and bleeding incidence treatment group was all lower than control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared to alone RPH,RPH plus Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids either no increasing operating time,or reducing postoperative(within 24hrs)pain,declining the incidence of uroschesis,of hemorrhoid core out,and of bleeding,thus worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
