清热生肌洗剂坐浴促进低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热生肌洗剂坐浴促进低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将60例低位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组采用清热生肌洗剂坐浴,对照组采用康复新液坐浴。比较2组患者临床疗效、肛门功能评分、术后并发症及创面愈合时间等。结果:2组患者临床总疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后肛门功能评分及创面平均愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后水肿、出血和尿潴留评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:低位单纯性肛瘘术后采用清热生肌洗剂坐浴治疗临床疗效显著,可缩短创面愈合时间,改善肛门功能,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the efficacy of sitz bath with Qingre Shengji lotion(Lotion)on wound-surface healing after surgery for simple low anal fistula.Methods Randomly divided 60patients with simple low anal fistula into treatment group(30cases,received Lotion for sitz bath)and control group(30cases,Kangfu New liquid for sitz bath),and compared both groups’ clinical efficacy,the score ratings on pain,postoperative complication,and wound-surface healing time,etc.Results In total efficacy there was no statistical diference between the two groups(P >0.05);after surgery in treatment group the ratings on anal function and the time for wound-surface healing were superior to that in control group(P<0.05),also,the raings on edema,bleeding and uroschesis were lower than in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared to Kangfu New liquid,Lotion applied at postoperation of simple low anal fistula has significant efficacy,can shorten wound-surface healing time,improve function of anus,and reduce complication.
