消风合剂坐浴联合局部卫生管理治疗特发性肛门瘙痒症40例

摘　　要：目的:评价消风合剂坐浴联合局部卫生管理治疗特发性肛门瘙痒症的疗效。方法:选择40例使用地奈德软膏治疗无效的特发性肛门瘙痒症患者,在肛门会阴部进行卫生管理的基础上使用消风合剂坐浴,氧化锌软膏外涂治疗。结果:治疗后,痊愈1例,显效22例,有效11例,无效6例,显效率达57.5%。瘙痒及皮损积分均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:消风合剂坐浴联合局部卫生管理治疗顽固性特发性肛门瘙痒症疗效显著,可快速缓解临床症状。Objective To evaluate the effect of indiopathic pruritus ani(IPA)treated with Xiaofeng mixture(a TCM formula)for sitz bath combined with local hygiene management.Methods Enrolled 40patients with IPA failure to desonide salve into this study:based on hygiene management on anoperineal site,adopt Xiaofeng mixture for sitz bath,and externally paint white zinc salve on the site.Results In the 40cases 1was cured,22of excellent response,11of response,6of non-response,thus the rate of excellent response was up to 57.5%;And,the accumulated points of pruritus and skin injuried were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion Xiaofeng mixture for sitz bath combined with local hygiene management in the treatment of IPA has significant effect,can fastly relieve clincial symptoms.
