摘 要:为实现菌落的快速计数及筛选,基于数字图片,利用MATLAB软件开发一种纳豆枯草芽孢杆菌菌落的快速计数及筛选的方法。以人工计数及筛选的结果为对照,探究不同培养时间下纳豆枯草芽孢杆菌菌种浓度对该方法准确性的影响。结果显示,本方法与人工计数及筛选结果无显著性差异,准确率达到90%以上,表明本方法可实现菌落快速、准确计数与筛选,一定程度上克服了人工计数的缺点,提高了工作效率。In order to improve the efficiency to count and screen bacterial colonies,a rapid method to count and screen Bacillus subtilis natto colony was developed based on digital images and MATLAB software.The influence of bacillus subtilis concentration on the accuracy of the method was investigated under different culture time with manual method as the control.The results showed that there was no significant difference between them,and the accuracy reached more than 90%,indicating that the method can rapidly and accurately count and screen microbial colonies,thus improving the work efficiency.
