摘 要:复杂的绝缘系统是CFETR极向场线圈的重要组成部分之一,为了获得线圈绝缘系统的低温疲劳性能,参考已有线圈绝缘结构,设计了一种“3×3”堆叠形式的绝缘测试试样和低温疲劳测试辅助夹具,并进行了绝缘试样低温疲劳性能测试和疲劳测试后绝缘试样的电学性能完整性的实验研究。结果表明:绝缘试样能够承受77 K温度下30000次疲劳载荷(-73~-730 kN,4 Hz),且疲劳测试后试样绝缘的电学性能仍具有完整性。所设计的线圈绝缘试样低温疲劳性能满足CFETR设计要求,对未来超导线圈绝缘的工程应用具有重要的参考意义。The complex insulation system was one of the important components of CFETR PF coil.In order to obtain the fatigue performance of coil insulation system at low temperature,a kind of"3×3"stacked insulation test sample and one fixture were designed according to the real insulation structure.The fatigue was also performed test on the insulation sample at low temperature,after which the electrical integrity of the insulation were studied.The results showed that the insulation sample could withstand a nominal fatigue load range of(-73~-730)kN at 4 Hz and 77 K during 30000 cycles,and after which the electrical properties of the insulation sample was still intact.The fatigue performance of the insulation sample at low temperature could meet the design requirements of CFETR,which has important reference for the future engineering applications of superconducting coil insulation.
