摘　　要：本文论述了电子会议系统的发展趋势,结合电子会议系统的基本功能,分析了基于网络的数字会议系统的功能需求,以及音/视频综合管理的必要性。提出采用基于音视频管理的分布式综合管理系统,实现高标准会议的管理功能及需求.This paper discusses the development trend o£electronic conference system.Combined with the basic functions of electronic conferenee system,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of digital conference system based on network and the necessity of audio video integrated management.A distributed integrated management system based on audio and video management is proposed to realize the management functions and requirements of high-standard meetings.
