摘　　要：甲状腺相关激素调控葡萄糖稳态,在妊娠期易受母体激素水平变化的影响。研究发现甲状腺相关激素水平、甲状腺功能障碍与妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)发生相关。此外,甲状腺功能相关基因的遗传变异也会改变GDM发病风险。但目前上述三者参与GDM的具体病理机制仍不明确。该文将系统阐述甲状腺相关激素、甲状腺功能障碍及甲状腺功能相关易感基因遗传变异在GDM的病理机制中的作用,为今后甲状腺功能相关GDM的综合防治提供依据。Thyroid-related hormones participate in the regulation of glucose homeostasis,and their levels could be significantly influenced by many maternal hormones during pregnancy.Studies have found that thyroid-related hormone levels and thyroid dysfunction are closely related to the occurrence of GDM (gestational diabetes mellitus).In addition,genetic variants in thyroid function-related genes may also affect the risk of GDM.However,the specific pathological mechanism of the aforementioned three aspects in GDM is still unclear.This review systematically described the roles of thyroid-related hormones,thyroid dysfunction and genetic variation of thyroid function-related genes in the pathological mechanism of GDM,which may provide information for future prevention and treatment of thyroid function-related GDM.
