摘　　要：2021年4月,ISO、IEC发布了修订的“ISO/IEC导则1”,导则1是ISO、IEC国家成员体参与国际标准化活动最基本的指导性文件。为了及时了解和掌握国际标准化工作最新规则,本文分析了2021版导则1相比2020版的主要变化,并结合我国参与国际标准化工作实践,提出了我国参与国际标准化活动、完善标准化文件管理以及起草管理体系标准等方面的建议,以期为我国高质量参与国际标准化工作、完善相关工作机制提供技术支撑。A new edition of the“ISO/IEC Directives Part 1”was published in April 2021,which defines the basic procedures to be followed by members of ISO and IEC in the participation in international standardization.In order to master the latest rules of international standardization,this paper introduces the main changes of the 2021edition of the ISO/IEC Directives Part 1 and Consolidated ISO Supplement,and puts forward some suggestions on China’s participation in international standardization activities,such as improving the management of standardization documents and drafting management systems standards,providing technical support for China’s high-quality participation in the work international standardization and improving working mechanisms.
