摘  要:针对GH536燃烧室帽罩翻边异形孔边缘应力及变形难以控制问题,进行了翻边成形有限元研究,根据凸模形状及合模方式的不同,建立了3组翻边成形数值模型,探究了凸模形状及合模方式对GH536帽罩翻边成形异形孔边缘及环形凸起区域应力、塑性应变分布的影响,结果显示,凸模前缘过渡特征可增加成形区域应力分布均匀性,帽罩环形凸起区域两侧采用上下模形式可以提高异形孔前缘及局部区域应力分布均匀性,降低环形凸起区域向翻边侧凹陷变形程度,翻边区域整体应变均匀性较初始模型有明显提高。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to control the edges stress and deformation of flanged hole of GH536 combustion chamber cap,the finite element study is carried out.Depending on the punch shape and clamping method,three groups of flanging forming numerical model is established,explores the punch shape and clamping mode of GH536 cap edge profile hole flanging forming and the distribution of the stress and plastic strain of the annular convex area.The results show that the transition characteristics of punch leading edge can increase the uniformity of stress distribution in forming region.The uniform stress distribution of the leading edge and local area of the special-shaped hole can be improved by adopting upper and lower molds on both sides of the annular raised area of the cap,reduce the deformation degree of ring raised area to flanging side depression.Compared with the initial model,the overall strain uniformity of flanging region is improved obviously.
