摘　　要：植物多糖是一种从植物中提取出来的具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗辐射、降血糖、降血脂等生理活性,毒副作用小,不产生耐药性和应用广泛等的高分子物质,可作为一种动物饲料添加剂或者免疫调节剂使用。笔者介绍家禽饲料中添加一定剂量的植物多糖对家禽生产性能、肠道消化吸收、产蛋率及肉蛋品质、病死率及免疫器官功能的影响,以期进一步为植物多糖在促进家禽类养殖方面的应用提供理论依据。Plant polysaccharide is a polymer substance extracted from plants and have anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, antioxidant, anti-radiation, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic and other physiological activities, small toxic and side effects, no drug resistance, and wide application. It can be used as an animal feed additive or immunomodulator. This article will explain the effects of adding a certain dose of plant polysaccharides to poultry feed on poultry production performance, intestinal digestion and absorption, egg production rate, meat and egg quality, mortality rate and immune organ function, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of plant polysaccharides in promoting poultry breeding.
